You're probably being too tough on yourself: I bet that goat took off quicker than the wag of it's tail! I have a bunny who runs from loud noise (but who can blame him with ears like that?) Let's talk a little about pros and cons for where to set up the group. With Yahoo groups it's easy to include a lot of people and allow them to post new threads or reply easily. Subscribers can get messages by email or read them at Yahoo if they go there and sign in. I've been involved with several yahoo groups, but haven't set one up myself. I understand that some things are a pain in the neck about them. They do sell subscriber's email addresses to spammers. They also consider whoever starts a group to be the owner of that group, and nobody else can make major changes. One Yahoo group I'm on, the "owner" died. She had left a moderator, and the group is still running, but there is no way to move it someplace else, elect a new administrator, etc. (and the group is for a guild and has the guild's name, which nobody wants to abandon). I'm leaning, myself, towards a multi-author blog, like this one, except not belonging to one person. I was asked about having pages for different denominations. If authors of threads just assign a category to each post, then although on the main page posts will be displayed chronologically, you can also click on any category and see only those posts. You can assign multiple categories to a post, so it will show up on each of those pages. Then you can read what you want to read. Try it here and see how that works. I can go ahead and set up a multi-author blog and you guys can tell me what you think. To add authors, I need an email address. And I'm not sure the name can be changed after setting it up. One more thing: unless someone changed a setting for me, it appears that once I've approved a comment from someone, they can comment and it shows up immediately. To mirror and support a child's real experiences is essential, with out even considering mental illness. I've been reading Pema Chodron says "If we just try to get rid of negative feelings, we don't realize that those feelings are our wisdom." How do we fill children's lives with many people, some who can't hear them, and more who can? What can we do to move the walls of separation so we can have more love?
